Identical Pictures is one of few Production Company in the Indian Ocean to offer an extensive professional range of Marine-Filming-Services including: Marine scouting, underwater filming, boat to land, boat to boat, air to boat and drone to boat filming, and a water basecamp.

Marine Filming requires careful preparation. Our crew is experienced and fully equipped in delivering you a professional Marine Filming Experience.

We are available to participate and provide marine scouting and logistical support. A detailed breakdown of marine filming equipment and related marine personnel. Topographical, weather information on locations under and above water. Rigging the vessels with special grip equipment.

Our marine crews are fully certified crews including coordinators, boat captains, skippers, divers, safety divers, engineers, electricians, marine construction specialists, vessel technicians, salvage and mooring personnel, shipbuilders, yard crew, shipwrights, unit liaison staff, crane operators, sea barge drivers.

With a minimum of 12 hours of sunshine, the Marine Filming possibilities are endless. Mauritius is almost entirely encircled by coral reefs, making water work easier close inshore.

Our own Marine Licensed 57 feet vessel called The Blade (only available in Mauritius) is fully equipped for a Marine Film Shoot. The Blade is specially designed for Film and Photoshoots and can carry 2 film cranes. It can carry up to 20 film crew people. The Blade has 4 outboard 350 HP Verado Mercury motors with an air-conditioned room for director and cameraman, onboard toilet and 12 KW silent generator. The Blade is the only Marine Film and Photo licensed boat in the Indian Ocean with a draft of only 65cm which allows the film crew to shoot in shallow waters…
