Arts & Sciences, London, “Euromillions – National Lottery UK” – TVC – “2023”
In April 2023, Identical Pictures had the privilege of serving as a Service Film Production provider alongside Art & Sciences, a London-based film production company, for Euromillions – UK National Lottery television commercial (TVC). The TVC was directed by the famous television commercial director Tim McNaughton, known as one of “The Bobbsey Twins,” and DOP Alex Barber, who is renowned in the industry. We had the pleasure of collaborating with Producer Emma Butterworth and Production Manager Kelly Brown on this project.
Furthermore, we were thrilled to team up once again with internationally renowned Production Designer Jon Henson, who had previously worked with us on a British Airways TV commercial in the past year with Anonymous Content. The legendary and award-winning choreographer Richard Marcel joined us for the TV commercial shoot. Of Mauritian descent and based in the UK, returning to his home country after many years was an emotional and significant experience for Richard, making the project even more meaningful to him. In addition to choreographing numerous well-known TV commercials and music videos, Richard has worked on films such as Kick-Ass 2, Cuban Fury, and The Wedding Video.
The shoot took place over four days in four stunning locations in Mauritius. Among the locations where we filmed was the luxurious Villa Charlotte at Anahita Golf and Spa Resort on the east coast of Mauritius, and a lavish villa at the Shangri-La le Touessrok Resort which had a beautiful white sand beach.
Additionally, we shot on a picturesque long jetty in front of Le Meridien Resort, where the day ended with an unforgettable sunset. On the final shooting day, we captured footage in various locations at the stunning Maritim Resort & Spa Mauritius in Balaclava, which was followed by a well-deserved wrap party.
